2010 World Conference Presidents Challenge

The President’s Challenge is issued by President and CEO, JR Ridinger. The purpose of the President’s Challenge is to keep people on track to accomplish the tasks and activities necessary to build a successful UnFranchise® business. It’s important to remember that the difference between success and failure is very simple. The individual who succeeds simply does what the individual who failed did not do or was not willing to do. Distributors who satisfy the entire criteria for the Challenge will be recognized on stage at the 2010 World Conference. The best reward you will experience is that you will be closer to reaching your goals and achieving what you desire. The only way to fail is to quit or simply not try. You have everything it takes. The time is now to make it happen!

July 4, 2009 - January 1, 2010
 
Requirements:
  1. Personally sponsor six new qualified Distributors. All six personally sponsored Distributors must register 10 Preferred Customers online. In addition, each new Distributor must conduct one product preview and one home business briefing.
  2. Three of the six personally sponsored Distributors must activate.
  3. Become an official UnFranchise Owner (UFO) or re-qualify as a UFO.
  4. Purchase 7 tickets to the 2010 World Conference directly from the Company. Note: Ticket numbers must be documented. Proof of purchase will be required.
  5. Have a total of 10 active registered Preferred Customers. Each of the 10 registered Preferred Customers must complete their online profile and have a valid e-mail address.
  6. The Ten registered Preferred Customers must have a made a minimum of 3 online purchases from your web portal (these purchases may be ma branded products or purchases from the partner stores) during this challenge time period.
  7. Create 2400 BV worth of ma branded products for personal use and/or sales. Create 300 IBV for personal use and/or sales.

To be eligible as a President’s Challenge winner, you must completely fulfill all of the criteria, and submit a color photo. All entries must be received at the corporate office (Attn: President’s Challenge Coordinator & the 2010 Market America World Conference President’s Challenge) by January 4, 2010 in order to be recognized at the 2010 World Conference. Please mail or fax your submission. Do not email. You must include the documentation form with your challenge criteria.



2009 Southern Regional Challenge

Requirements:
  1. Purchase 3 tickets to Regional Convention
  2. Sponsor 2 qualified distributors
  3. Activate 1 of your personally sponsored above
  4. Base 10 - Seven Strong (400 BV/Month and 50 IBV/Month)
    a. Generate a total of 1000 BV (≥ 300 BV for personal use and the rest
         ≥ 700 BV for retailing to customers)

    b. Generate a total of 120 IBV (personal use or retailing) 
  5. Attend 2 NMTSS events (only online published NMTSS events count) 
  6. Purchase 3 World Conference tickets (directly purchased from the company)

To be eligible to win the Regional Challenge, you must be in attendance at the Regional Conference.



2009 Southern Regional Transitions™ Challenge

    a. Provide ticket numbers or copies of tickets.
  2. Sell 5 Transitions Starter Kits
    a. Document by submitting copy of orders and sales receipt from your UnFranchise backend office.
  3. Register 5 New Preferred Customers
    a. Document by submitting copy from your UnFranchise backend office.
  4. Sell 5 transitionslifestyle.com subscriptions
  5. Sell 5 Bodylastic Kits a. Found on your webportal, and must be documented.
  6. Sell 5 ExtendSnack Variety Box
    a. Found on your webportal, and must be documented.

2009 Southern Regional WebCenter Challenge

Requirements:
  1. PURCHASE 3 TICKETS TO THE REGIONAL CONVENTION – must be purchased from your local council or Market America corporate.
  2. Purchase a WebCenter or be an existing WebCenter Owner.
  3. Personally sell Two (2) new Web Sites from Your Own WebCenter between the applicable dates.
  4. Sponsor one new Distributor between the applicable dates.
  5. Read three articles on www.mawc411.com.

To be eligible to win the Regional Challenge, you must be in attendance at the Regional Conference.

2009 Southern Regional NUTRAMETRIX® Challenge

Requirements:
  1. Personally sponsor a minimum of 1 NEW nutraMetrix Distributor during the challenge period. A nutraMetrix Distributor can either be a Health Professional or a Market America Distributor who has attended (or is registered to attend) a 2009-2010 nutraMetrix Consultant Training.
  2. The new personally sponsored nutraMetrix Distributor must sponsor at least one distributor during the challenge period, becoming half-activated.
  3. Maintain a minimum of 10 active personal Preferred Customers with a valid email address on file. A minimum of 5 of these Preferred Customers must have made a minimum of 1 online purchase from your web portal during the challenge period. (Purchases may either be Market America branded products or purchases from partner stores.
  4. Purchase 2 or more tickets to Market America’s 2010 World Conference.
  5. Maintain an active TransitionsLifestyle.com subscription.

2009 Southern Regional Motives® Challenge

Requirements:
  1. Purchase 3 Regional Convention Tickets.
  2. Purchase the Motives Mini Website (Code #6060) or Renewal (Code #6060RNWL).
  3. Register 5 New Preferred Customers, each of whom makes a minimum of 1 purchase from your Motives Mini Website or MA web portal.
  4. Attend or conduct a Motives Day 1 and 2 Training.
  5. Bring a minimum of 2 qualified prospects to attend a Motives Day 1 training.
  6. Personally retail/sell at least $1,000 of BOTH Motives and Cellular Laboratories® in any combination (Document sales by providing UnFranchise® order numbers or Preferred Customer receipts dated during the challenge period).
  7. Personally sponsor at least 1 new Independent Distributor
  8. Your personally sponsored Independent Distributor must host at least 2 Motives retail events which can be conducted by you or the new distributor (Please attach attendance sheets and sales per person for each Motives event held. Examples of Motives events: Motives Girl’s Night Out, Motives Martini Open House, Beauty Cocktail, Motives Clinic, Skincare Clinic, Beauty from the Inside Out Event, Spa Night, etc…)
  9. Post a minimum of 5 product reviews on the Market America web portal on any of the hundreds of Motives® by Loren Ridinger products. It is simple! Just go to your web portal – click on a Motives product – scroll down to Primary Benefits page –>> click –>> Write a Review. Then you are on your way to post your product review. Please be sure to print a copy of your product reviews and submit for verification.

Regional Convention

All entries MUST be received by September 21, 2009 in order to be recognized at the Regional Convention, no exceptions. All information must be recorded on the documentation form.
